Xloqen-TC is a combination medication containing Aceclofenac 100 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg, and Trypsin-Chymotrypsin 50,000 AU, used for the effective management of pain, inflammation, and tissue swelling associated with various musculoskeletal and post-traumatic conditions.Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting the action of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of prostaglandins—chemical messengers responsible for pain, swelling, and inflammation. Paracetamol acts centrally in the brain to reduce pain perception and lower fever. Trypsin and Chymotrypsin are proteolytic enzymes that help in reducing inflammation by breaking down inflammatory proteins and promoting tissue repair. They also improve blood circulation at the affected site, which accelerates the healing process and reduces edema.
Xloqen-TC is especially beneficial in conditions like arthritis, muscle sprains, back pain, joint stiffness, surgical recovery, and sports injuries.
