Xloqen-T4 is a combination medication containing Aceclofenac 100 mg and Thiocolchicoside 4 mg, used for the treatment of pain and muscle spasms. It is particularly beneficial in conditions that involve inflammation, stiffness, or muscular pain, such as lower back pain, neck stiffness, sciatica, musculoskeletal injuries, and arthritic disorders.Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and swelling by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, the chemicals responsible for inflammation. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that acts on the central nervous system to relieve muscle stiffness, spasm, and restricted movement, allowing better flexibility and mobility.
