XLOqen-P Tablet is a combination of Aceclofenac (100 mg) and Paracetamol (325 mg), used for the short-term relief of pain, inflammation, and swelling in a variety of musculoskeletal and joint conditions. It provides effective symptomatic relief in disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, back pain, muscle sprains, toothache, throat pain, and earache.Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation and pain by blocking the action of prostaglandins—chemicals responsible for causing swelling and discomfort in the body. Paracetamol (acetaminophen) complements the action by acting as a fever reducer and mild analgesic, helping to relieve pain without causing gastric irritation.
