XLOqen-P is a combination medication containing Aceclofenac and Paracetamol, used for the effective management of pain, inflammation, and fever. This combination is commonly prescribed for conditions such as muscle pain, joint disorders (like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis), backache, toothache, and pain due to injury or surgery.Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins—chemicals in the body that cause pain, swelling, and inflammation. Paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen) acts as both a pain reliever and fever reducer by working on the brain’s temperature and pain regulation centers.
