WANCOcit-1000 contains Citicoline 1000 mg (marketed as Citizac 1000 mg Injection), a neuroprotective agent widely used to manage neurological and cognitive disorders. Citicoline is a naturally occurring compound involved in the synthesis of phospholipids in the brain, particularly phosphatidylcholine, which is essential for maintaining healthy brain cell membranes.WANCOcit-1000 works by enhancing brain metabolism, increasing acetylcholine levels (a key neurotransmitter for memory and learning), and improving cerebral blood flow.
