Each 5 ml contains Calcium Carbonate 625 mg, which provides 250 mg of elemental calcium, and Vitamin D₃ (Cholecalciferol) 125 IU. This combination helps maintain optimal levels of calcium in the body and supports healthy bone development and maintenance.Calcium is an essential mineral necessary for building and maintaining strong bones and teeth. It also plays a critical role in muscle function, nerve signaling, and heart health. The form used here, calcium carbonate, is a well-absorbed source when taken with food.
