TEEpride-25 contains Levosulpiride 25 mg, an atypical antipsychotic and prokinetic agent commonly used to treat gastrointestinal and psychological conditions.Levosulpiride works primarily by enhancing the release of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger that plays a crucial role in regulating gut motility. By increasing acetylcholine levels, Levosulpiride promotes the coordinated movement of the stomach and intestines, improving digestion and accelerating gastric emptying. This makes it effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), bloating, and nausea.
