Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg is an antihistamine that helps relieve allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes. Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5mg is a nasal decongestant that works by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages, leading to reduced swelling and improved airflow. Sodium Citrate 60mg functions as a mucolytic agent that helps loosen and clear mucus from the respiratory tract, making it easier to cough up.
