It combines four active ingredients: Paracetamol 325mg, Phenylephrine 5mg, Caffeine 30mg, and Diphenhydramine 25mg, each serving a distinct therapeutic purpose.Paracetamol is an effective antipyretic and analgesic that helps reduce fever and relieve headaches, body aches, and general discomfort associated with flu-like symptoms. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, helping to relieve stuffiness and sinus pressure. It also has sedative properties that help patients rest better during illness.
