SANAnac-P is a combination medicine that contains Aceclofenac and Paracetamol, both of which are widely used for their pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. This medication is commonly prescribed for the treatment of various conditions involving pain, fever, and inflammation, such as headache, toothache, musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, back pain, and post-operative pain.Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the production of prostaglandins—chemical messengers in the body that trigger pain, redness, swelling, and inflammation.
Paracetamol, also known as Acetaminophen, is a widely used analgesic and antipyretic. It helps lower fever and enhances pain relief by acting on the temperature-regulating and pain centers in the brain.
Together, SANAnac-P provides a synergistic effect, offering better relief from pain and inflammation compared to either medicine used alone. It is usually well tolerated when taken as prescribed, ideally after meals to minimize the risk of gastric irritation.
