REGperi-O is a combination medication that includes Domperidone and Omeprazole, commonly prescribed for the treatment of acid reflux, indigestion, bloating, nausea, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). This dual-action formula targets both delayed gastric emptying and excess stomach acid, offering comprehensive relief from upper gastrointestinal discomfort.Domperidone is a prokinetic agent that enhances the movement of the stomach and intestines by increasing the release of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger that stimulates gut motility.
