QTARket-DNC is a topical cream formulated to treat various mixed skin infections involving inflammation, bacterial contamination, and fungal involvement. It contains Clobetasol Propionate 0.05%, a highly potent corticosteroid that helps reduce redness, swelling, and itching associated with inflammatory skin disorders. Gentamicin Sulphate, equivalent to Gentamicin 0.1%, is an antibiotic that fights bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. The presence of Tolnaftate 1%, Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline (Clioquinol) 1%, and Clotrimazole 1% provides broad-spectrum antifungal action, making this formulation highly effective against fungal infections like ringworm, athlete’s foot, and candidiasis.This combination is ideal for treating conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis with secondary infections, and tinea infections with associated inflammation and bacterial load. Each component works synergistically to address both the symptoms and the root cause of skin issues—whether fungal or bacterial. The anti-inflammatory action of clobetasol, the antibiotic effect of gentamicin, and the antifungal activity of clotrimazole, tolnaftate, and clioquinol help reduce infection severity, relieve discomfort, and promote faster skin healing.
QTARket-DNC should be applied in a thin layer to the affected area as directed by a physician. It is advised not to use this medication on broken skin or for prolonged durations to avoid potential side effects like skin thinning or irritation.
