MECOtive-FB is a powerful neurotropic and hematinic injection designed to support nerve health, red blood cell formation, and overall metabolic function. Each 2 mL ampoule contains Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 10 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 3 mg, Niacinamide 48 mg, D-Panthenol 50 mg, and Folic Acid 10 mg. Benzyl Alcohol 1.5% v/v is included as a preservative.Methylcobalamin, the neurologically active form of Vitamin B12, plays a key role in nerve regeneration and is widely used in treating neuropathies, especially diabetic and alcoholic neuropathy. Thiamine and Pyridoxine are essential B vitamins that support nerve conduction, energy metabolism, and cognitive function. Niacinamide helps in cellular respiration and improves blood circulation.
