LDL-N-20 contains Atorvastatin 20mg, a widely used statin-class lipid-lowering medication that helps manage and control high cholesterol levels. It is prescribed to reduce elevated levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, also known as "bad" cholesterol, and triglycerides, while simultaneously increasing high-density lipoprotein (HDL) or "good" cholesterol.Atorvastatin works by inhibiting the action of HMG-CoA reductase, a key liver enzyme involved in cholesterol synthesis.
