JOCOprix-60 is an injectable anticoagulant containing Enoxaparin Sodium 60 mg, used to prevent and treat blood clots in various medical conditions. It belongs to a class of medications known as low molecular weight heparins (LMWHs) and works by inhibiting clotting factors, particularly Factor Xa, which play a central role in the blood coagulation process. By blocking this factor, JOCOprix-60 prevents the formation of new clots and stops existing ones from getting larger, allowing the body’s natural systems to gradually dissolve them.This injection is often prescribed to patients at risk of clot formation due to surgery, immobility, or certain heart and vascular conditions.
