JEPrab-Plus is a therapeutic capsule used in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, particularly those related to acid reflux, indigestion, and delayed gastric emptying. It contains a combination of two active ingredients: Rabeprazole 40mg and Domperidone 30mg SR (sustained release), which work synergistically to provide fast and sustained relief from gastrointestinal discomfort.Rabeprazole belongs to a class of medicines known as proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). It reduces the production of stomach acid by blocking the enzyme system responsible for acid secretion in the stomach lining. Domperidone is a prokinetic and antiemetic agent.
