Ifycid-OX Suspension is an effective anti-ulcer medication that combines Sucralfate 1 gm and Oxetacaine 20 mg per 10 ml. This dual-action formulation is used to treat and manage various gastrointestinal conditions such as gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, gastritis, and acid reflux (GERD).Sucralfate acts as a protective barrier. When ingested, it forms a thick, sticky substance that binds to ulcer sites and creates a coating over the inner lining of the stomach or intestines. This shield protects the tissue from the harmful effects of stomach acid, bile salts, and digestive enzymes, allowing the ulcers to heal naturally.
