IFYdwax Ear Drops is a medicated solution formulated to effectively soften and remove hardened or impacted earwax while providing pain relief and antimicrobial protection. It contains Paradichlorobenzene 2.0% w/v, Benzocaine 2.7% w/v, Chlorbutol 5.0% w/v, and Turpentine Oil 15% w/v. Paradichlorobenzene helps in loosening and dissolving the earwax, making it easier to eliminate from the ear canal. Benzocaine is a local anesthetic that provides quick relief from pain, itching, or discomfort in the ears, especially during wax impaction or ear cleaning. Chlorbutol acts as a mild antiseptic and also assists in softening the wax. Turpentine oil provides a lubricating action that supports the gentle removal of wax and soothes irritation inside the ear.IFYdwax is commonly used in the management of earwax buildup, especially when symptoms such as fullness, hearing loss, pain, or itching are present. It is typically applied by instilling a few drops into the affected ear while lying down, allowing the solution to stay in place for a few minutes to ensure effectiveness. It should be used strictly as directed by a physician. Some mild side effects like temporary irritation, redness, or stinging may occur. It is not recommended in cases of ear infection, perforated eardrum, or for children under one year of age.
