This triple-action cream offers fast and effective relief from symptoms such as redness, swelling, itching, irritation, and infection.Beclomethasone is a corticosteroid that works by inhibiting the production of inflammatory chemicals like prostaglandins, thereby reducing redness, swelling, and itching in the affected area. Neomycin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that prevents bacterial growth by interfering with bacterial protein synthesis. Clotrimazole is a well-known antifungal agent that stops the growth of fungi by disrupting their cell membranes, making it effective against common fungal infections like ringworm, athlete’s foot, and candidiasis.
