Fytosone-AZ is a combination nasal spray used for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, commonly known as hay fever. This condition is caused by the body’s overreaction to allergens such as pollen, dust, animal dander, or mold, resulting in inflammation of the nasal passages. Fytosone-AZ typically contains two active ingredients: a corticosteroid like fluticasone or mometasone, which reduces inflammation, and azelastine hydrochloride, an antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine—a chemical released during allergic reactions.Together, these components work synergistically to relieve nasal congestion, sneezing, itching, runny nose, and watery eyes associated with allergic rhinitis.
