FYTOrab-LS is a combination medicine that contains Levosulpiride and Rabeprazole, specially formulated to manage acid reflux, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), functional dyspepsia, and other related gastrointestinal disorders. This dual-action formula targets both the movement and acid regulation of the digestive system, offering effective and sustained relief from symptoms such as heartburn, bloating, nausea, and upper abdominal discomfort.Levosulpiride is a prokinetic agent that enhances gastrointestinal motility by increasing the release of acetylcholine—a neurotransmitter that stimulates the muscles in the digestive tract. This promotes better movement of food through the stomach and intestines and prevents the backward flow of acid into the esophagus, a common cause of reflux.
Rabeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces stomach acid secretion by inhibiting the gastric proton pumps. This helps heal acid-induced inflammation and ulcers in the stomach and esophagus and provides long-lasting relief from acid-related indigestion.
