DOMOL-DSR is a combination medication containing Domperidone and Rabeprazole, specifically formulated to treat a variety of gastrointestinal conditions such as acid reflux, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), indigestion, nausea, and bloating. This dual-action formula addresses both excess stomach acid and slow gastric motility, providing comprehensive relief from digestive discomfort.Domperidone is a prokinetic agent that acts on dopamine receptors in the gut, enhancing the movement of the stomach and intestines.
