CLIMOCID-S is an effective oral suspension containing Magaldrate (400 mg) and Simethicone (20 mg), specially formulated to provide fast and lasting relief from acidity, heartburn, indigestion, and gas-related discomfort. It is commonly used in the management of acid-related disorders, particularly gastritis, acid reflux, hyperacidity, and bloating.Magaldrate is an antacid that works by neutralizing excess stomach acid, thereby reducing acidity and providing quick relief from burning sensation in the chest and stomach. It also forms a protective coating over the lining of the stomach and esophagus, helping to prevent irritation caused by acid.
Simethicone is an anti-foaming agent that helps break up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, relieving bloating, fullness, and pressure caused by excessive gas.
