AFEsan-TC is a combination medication that contains Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, and Trypsin-Chymotrypsin, designed to provide comprehensive relief from pain, inflammation, and swelling in a variety of acute and chronic conditions.Aceclofenac is a well-known non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins—chemicals in the body that trigger pain, inflammation, and swelling. It is particularly effective in musculoskeletal disorders such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and spondylitis.
