AFEsan-P is a combination medication containing Aceclofenac and Paracetamol, formulated to provide effective relief from pain, inflammation, and fever. It is commonly used to treat conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, low back pain, dental pain, and musculoskeletal injuries.Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are chemical substances responsible for causing inflammation, pain, and swelling. By blocking these chemical signals, Aceclofenac helps reduce stiffness, improves mobility, and eases discomfort in inflamed joints or muscles.
Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen, is a widely used antipyretic (fever reducer) and mild analgesic (pain reliever). It acts on the brain’s temperature regulation center to reduce fever and also helps relieve mild to moderate pain by blocking the chemical messengers in the brain that signal pain.
